Protein Packed Banana Amond Smoothie

This is a great post workout option and can be made quickly with almost all the ingredients you already have in your refrigerator.

1/2 cup ice

1 cup almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 heaping spoonful almond butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop Wellness Warrior Vanilla Protein Powder

If you want to add a bit of crunch, chop up a handful of almonds and sprinkle them on top!
